1. Establish channels for recruiting new students:
Collaborate with the Marketing department to run digital campaigns and advertisements.
Coordinate and organize activation activities in areas surrounding the school.
Propose and implement partnership programs: source schools, partner organizations, etc.
Collaborate with the Student Care department to obtain referrals from existing parents and relevant sources.
2. Customer care, consultation, and sales closing:
Be familiar with product information, pricing policies, regulations, and current promotional programs.
Receiving and processing counseling requests from students/parents via phone, email, social media, etc., and providing in-person counseling at the school.
Invite and take parents/students on school tours and to attend events/workshops.
Providing detailed information and advice on the curriculum, learning activities, tuition fees, and facilities.
Assisting parents/students with the registration and admissions process.
Assist students in completing the entrance survey.
We also offer advice on extracurricular club programs, summer courses, and other products and services.
3. Report on new students:
Monitor and update student data daily on the management system (CRM).
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on enrollment status.
Propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of student recruitment in order to meet the school's targets.
4. Developing a pool of potential students:
Organize Open Day events and other recruitment activities for new parents.
Participate in school-organized competitions and online workshops to find and advise parents on suitable learning programs.
5. Other coordination and unforeseen tasks as needed.
- Job requirements:
Educational level: Bachelor's degree
Preferred fields of study: Sales, Marketing, Business Administration
Required knowledge: Sales knowledge, Admissions consulting.
Skill:
Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Experience: 6 months or more in consulting, sales, or customer service.
(Preference will be given to candidates with experience in educational consulting).
