JOB DETAILS: We are looking for candidates who are passionate about consulting, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and possess a high sense of responsibility towards their work.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- In-depth consultation: Listening to needs, providing guidance, and advising on the most suitable courses for parents and students.
- Process management: Negotiating and carrying out course registration procedures; closely monitoring the learning progress to provide timely support to students.
- Customer care: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers before, during, and after the course to increase satisfaction and re-enrollment rates.
- Internal coordination: Working closely with the training department to ensure the quality of teaching and learning progress as committed.
REQUEST:- Age range: 22-38 years old.
- Qualifications: Intermediate level diploma or higher (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Education, or related fields).
- Experience: Experience in sales, consulting, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Skills: * Excellent communication skills, flexible and quick-witted problem-solving abilities.
- Honest, enthusiastic, and highly responsible attitude towards work.
- Knowing basic conversational English is a definite plus.
