- Searching for reputable suppliers with competitive prices to inform the Board of Directors in purchasing decisions, product selection and supplier selection Transactions with suppliers (making purchase and sale contracts, negotiation negotiate terms of sale, negotiate on price, time, payment method)
- Managing and operating import and export activities
- Planning, implementing and managing the import and export process
- Searching and expanding the import and export market of goods Manage, control and evaluate contracts, orders, import and export documents
- Monitor and supervise the work of import-export department staff
- Report work to superiors
- Responsible for reporting periodical/extraordinary work to the Board of Directors
