Monitor the entire import-export process: documents, customs declaration, transportation coordination, and incident handling.

• Ensure full compliance with laws, customs policies, taxes and international trade regulations.
• Collect and analyze freight quotes from multiple shipping lines, carriers, and forwarders.
• Compare, negotiate and deal prices to come up with the optimal cost solution.
• Build a total price list: including shipping costs, import taxes, VAT, logistics service fees and other accompanying services.
• Ensure quotes are competitive with the market, while also being consistent with company profits and strategy.
• Work directly with Sales/Account department to advise on optimal prices and logistics solutions for customers.
• Proposing logistics solutions suitable for each shipment and each industry group.
• Support care and retention of strategic customers, enhance company reputation.
• Personnel management in the import-export department (documents, declarations, on-site).
• Training and improving human resources capacity to meet professional standards.
• Build, standardize and improve work processes to increase efficiency.
