1. Mission:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the vehicle fleet (the route of the vehicle to go) and the delivery team (monitoring the quality of people, the quality of goods being censored, inspecting the goods, ...)
- Develop and develop the running route of each route, each area so that it is suitable and the highest efficiency is achieved.
- Based on GPS system to track the route of vehicles, routes, ensuring technical standards and occupational safety.
- Track fuel and oil fleet in areas, maintenance cycle problems - maintenance, vehicle damage
- Monitor and supervise the distribution of goods at cargo exploitation centers and post offices. Analyze and improve to improve efficiency at work.
- Organize, guide and inspect the implementation of the system of processes, regulations and manuals according to approved Operational documents;
- Coordinating organization of professional training for subordinate employees
- Track post points rules.
- Monitor CCTV system.
- Advising the Director, the strategic plans of business activities of the Company.
- To make statistics, summarize and report the department's performance results to the Director when required;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
- Working time: H30 (1 hour and half lunch break)
2. Requirements:
- Gender: Male / Female, old and in good health
- Compliance with discipline, processes and regulations
- No criminal record
- Hardworking, hard-working, purposeful
- Able to work under pressure
- Can be away from home for work
- Proficient in the use of office computer applications (Words, Excel, Email, PowerPoint).
- Ability to use time effectively and prioritize work.
- Experience working in a courier company (preferred)
- Chinese 2 or 4 skills (preferably know, it's okay if you don't know)
