JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for building and ensuring revenue targets are met as set by the Board of Directors, developing corporate clients, and managing and training the admissions team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build and ensure monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets are met according to the Board of Directors' objectives.
- Developing corporate clients, in-house training, long-term training contracts.
- Design revenue models: individual clients, corporate clients, renewals, upsells, cross-sells
- Manage, train, and develop the Admissions team with clear KPIs.
- Managing online and offline sales channels, utilizing Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Strategic customer care, increasing renewal and referral rates.
- Representing the unit in working with partners, universities/colleges, and participating in workshops and seminars.
REQUEST: - Minimum 2 years of experience in positions
such as Admissions Leader/Admissions Manager or equivalent.
- University degree or higher.
- Possesses knowledge and understanding of sales and the education market.
- Strategic thinking, keen revenue and market acumen.
- Capable of building teams, inspiring talent, and retaining employees.
Candidates need to possess: Negotiation, Consulting, and Responsibility.
In addition, the following positions need to be filled: Human Resources, Office Administration, and Department Head.
