Job Description

• Plan, organize, implement and monitor recruitment plans assigned by the company;
• Participate in recruiting, managing and developing a team of admission consultants.
• Conduct periodic employee performance evaluations (KPI).
• Participate in consulting for international students and parents; close sales
• Customer care support during the application process and after studying abroad.
• Establish relationships with relevant agencies, schools, and organizations at home and abroad to serve enrollment work;
• Responsible for organizing and implementing marketing programs, seminars, and recruitment events locally;
• Develop monthly/quarterly/annual enrollment plans for the Department.
• Build cash flow plans and manage office expenses;
• Coordinate with departments to develop, complete and properly implement the company's working procedures;
• Perform other tasks as required by superiors (if any)
• Monitor the work performance and progress of your team members, evaluate the work performance of subordinate staff.
• Report the progress and results of the Team's professional work to the Board of Directors.
