- Job details:

1/ Managing and developing teams:

• Recruitment and training of personnel for the team of specialists.

• Provide guidance and training on professional skills, consulting, sales, customer or partner (client/partner) care, and compliance with internal regulations.

• Ensure that team members possess strong professional knowledge and adhere to established procedures.

• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients/investors and the investment community.

• Manage, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and propose career development paths for each subordinate team.

2/ Customer management and development:

• Search for and develop new projects/investments

• Advise, care for, and maintain relationships with assigned clients/investors.

• Monitor, evaluate, and promote the business performance of the team; propose solutions to improve results and increase productivity, ensuring service quality.

• Monitor and address issues arising in business operations and ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and professional codes of conduct.

- Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, banking, securities, or economics.

• Securities trading license is still valid

• Candidates with an existing team are preferred.
