● Responsible for the entire development strategy of the R&D department.

● Search and select suppliers, work with suppliers on products, implementation

● Update new technology to apply advanced science and technology into design research

● Research and test new products and services according to company goals.

● Monitor and supervise the entire production process of sample products.
● Approach and take care of customers or coordinate with the sales department to understand the experience
