- Develop goals and business plans in the field of Cold Storage, create a difference from competitors in terms of service quality, attract many large partners to promote and capture a large market share in the warehouse sector nationwide.
- Directly manage and direct business activities and organize monitoring and supervision of plan implementation according to monthly, quarterly and annual progress.
