Job details - Orient all Human Resources areas: operations, attraction & talent management. - Think and come up with human resource strategies consistent with the overall business strategy - Develop and implement human resource strategies, internal policies and processes consistent with group strategy and company core values
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, resolve needs, complaints or other issues - Overall management of compensation and benefits administration including incentives to ensure performance from employees - Oversee the recruitment, selection and onboarding process from start to finish for position openings and new hires
- Manage labor contracts, salaries, bonuses and overall benefits - Foster a positive work environment and provide exceptional human resources services to all employees - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. More details will be discussed in the interview.
