* Administrative work: - Prepare administrative documents for the company. - Drafting administrative documents, regulations of the Company at the request of the Director. - Drafting labor contracts, working contracts with partners. - In charge of recruitment: posting job vacancies, reviewing application documents and arranging interview schedule - Discussing work arrangements with selected candidates, supporting new employees to get acquainted with the Company and the job. - Ensure employees of all departments comply with the regulations set forth by the company. - Proposing rewards, punishments, and employee evaluations. - Ensure employee records are complete as required by the Board of Directors and the law. - Track timesheet, calculate salary, periodic bonus, browse salary payment
