Job Description
Advise the Board of Directors of the company on the annual and long-term import plan, planning and comprehensive development strategy of the company.
Operating and managing staff of the Planning - Materials Department, performing professional work to ensure the timely and sufficient supply of goods for production and business.
Make plans on materials, supply, and coordinate materials monthly, quarterly and annually.
Review, propose and implement purchase requests to meet production and business activities quickly, proactively and effectively.
Searching, selecting and managing suppliers according to the following criteria: capacity, products, delivery time, after-sales service, payment methods, development potential... organize supplier evaluation periodic grant;
Negotiate with NCC on policies, payment terms, draft commercial contracts and submit to the Board of Directors for signing with Suppliers.
Manage and control all activities of importing materials and goods in the Company's Warehousing system.
Planning and managing input transportation costs according to norms.
Advising on selling prices of business goods, making sales program policies that bring profits to the Company.
Coordinate with other departments in the company to ensure the completion of common work.
Perform other tasks as requested by the Chairman and the Board of Directors.
