Job Description

• Track market trends, survey markets, customers, and understand competitor campaigns to guide your company's marketing.
• Analyze the market to position the brand and determine the insights of the target customers.
• Develop a marketing strategy in line with the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Planning and monitoring marketing & advertising activities according to the campaign, strategy of the product/service..
• Conceptualize & implement communication campaigns for product and company brands.
• Monitor and report campaign effectiveness.
• Building & developing internal communication, promoting corporate culture improvement.
• Build a network of industry partners.
• Search and develop a team of marketing specialists
• Make periodic or ad-hoc reports to the Head/Board of Directors/other departments
• Participating in contributing ideas, making suggestions to improve processes and plans when necessary.
• Update price adjustment, calculate inventory price, calculate Sales commission and make some related reports.
