1. WORK CONTENTS
- Build, manage and coordinate the Marketing department to implement communication and advertising plans.
- Analyze competitors, analyze the company, analyze the market, build a set of customer portraits according to the trend and development direction of the market.
- Develop overall and detailed marketing strategies and plans of brands in line with the company's business strategy.
- Take the highest responsibility for the organization and quality of marketing activities, promoting the company's image and products to the public and internally to promote and achieve the company's goals.
- Responsible for brand building and management (identification, positioning, image, personality, communication activities, TH assets...).
- Manage marketing budget for all brands.
- Organizing, implementing, checking, reporting and analyzing the results of the Marketing Department's activities.
- Good relationship management with press agencies.
- Responsible for managing and evaluating the performance of the department (goal setting, planning, monitoring, mentoring, evaluation, feedback)
- Set up process system and management system in the room.
- Training and developing the staff of the Marketing department.

2. REQUEST
- Male/Female from 28 - 32 years old
- 3 years or more in a similar position
- Understanding of platforms: Facebook, Google, Website, Tiktok, YouTube
- Understand advertising on platforms, have run advertising campaigns, have 2-3 years of experience (especially Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ...)
- Have a systems thinking (system of Platforms) - understand and analyze the indicators of the platforms and the management mindset (HR)
- Have skills in personnel management and training, briefing skills and job deployment for personnel; Honesty, good dignity, enthusiasm and responsibility for assigned work and duties
- Preference will be given to graduates with majors in Marketing, Business, Commerce, ..

Working hours: Morning from 8 am to 12 pm. Noon 13h-17h (Saturday off from 16h)
