Develop and implement the Company's M&A strategy Search and build relationships with potential partners Responsible for reviewing and evaluating target businesses and projects for investment Valuation and price negotiation for each M&A deal Drafting related contracts and agreements Implement and complete legal procedures and handle outstanding issues after the transaction Perform other tasks as requested by superiors. Review legal risks that may arise in the Division's operational processes. Inspect and supervise activities of Divisions, Departments and Committees in compliance with Company regulations and legal regulations.
