- Building team, policies, processes, standards, technical documents, instructions, etc. to utilize resources and improve operational efficiency for the entire production block.
- Planning the installation diagram, arrangement of machinery and equipment in the production area.
- Check & ensure compliance with company rules, processes, regulations and requirements.
- Planning & implementation in improvement activities (Minimize product defects, reduce costs, increase productivity, Kaizen, automation, LEAN, spare/substitute materials

- Project management, new product development and delivery.
- Develop, plan, implement & urge the implementation of the quality policy. Job requirements
- Coordinate with functional departments to solve technology improvement issues; Procurement (machinery and equipment, molds, printing rollers, new product development, etc.)
- Advise the Board of Directors to ensure the effectiveness of the first options.
