JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for developing training plans and improving expertise for subordinates to use machinery proficiently.
- Responsible for managing and evaluating machinery to ensure safety and always be ready to meet production needs
- Responsible for reporting work related to the technical department

- Graduated from College or higher majoring in: Mechanical repair - machine manufacturing, industrial - civil electricity
- Have a minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably experience in the food packaging industry, tea and coffee production.
- Requires mastery of specialized technical knowledge.
- Have communication skills, information dissemination skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to train/guide and manage employees
