* Manage production engineering department. Make quotation of designed machinery and equipment to send to customers * Meet and discuss with customers to confirm requirements from customers => Design jigs, semi-automatic machines, automatic according to customer requirements... * Supervising and managing the planning and implementation of the production plan of machinery and equipment based on the design and order requirements of the customer. Monitoring the implementation of improvements to improve productivity and quality in the factory. * Supervision of installation, maintenance and warranty of equipment sold to customers. * Perform the work as assigned by the superior.
