Job Description
Participate in developing, implementing and evaluating business plans, marketing, workflows and systems to achieve or exceed monthly and annual goals.
Participate in planning and implementing business strategies for logistics products provided by the Company to the market.
Regularly monitor, research & update the market.
Search for customers to introduce the Company's services. Advise customers in need of the Company's logistics services: delivery services, domestic and international freight transport, etc.
Develop new customer network, take care of old customers to strengthen relationships and promote business.
Monitor and support to resolve problems arising during service provision.
Responsible for sales targets, market share, growth rate, annual operating budget and customer satisfaction through management and operation of the Department's sales staff.
Report on results and implementation status of the Department's work weekly/monthly/yearly.
