- Responsible for the company's business development

- Develop business plans and business budgets for each customer segment.

- Research tourism market situation and update customer list

- Implement business plans in line with hotel/resort and operating budget.

- Set goals for project sales staff and provide general guidance on how to achieve those goals.

- Report to the General Director on sales progress, results of sales programs, customer feedback and information related to sales staff and overall development of projects.

- Ensure smooth operation of the reservation department.

- Manage, develop and organize customer profile management.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
