- Consulting on major information from the school, visa policies from the consulate, policies for students in the study abroad country.
- Guide customers to prepare necessary documents before studying abroad.
- Learn and update information, visa policies, and visa review processes for studying abroad in various countries.
- Support customers in preparing study abroad documents.
- Customer care support during the application process and after studying abroad.
- Responsible for organizing and implementing marketing programs, seminars, and recruitment events locally.
Power:
- Monitor the work performance and progress of your team members, evaluate the work performance of subordinate staff.
- Report the progress and results of the Team's professional work to the Board of Directors.
- Propose rewards, discipline and transfers... for employees

- Graduated from regular university in related majors, Priority: Education - Training, Consulting, Studying abroad.
- Good English communication.
- Have experience, including at least 01 year of experience as a team leader in studying abroad recruitment with priority given to the Australian market.
- Understand the needs of the Australian study abroad market.
- Have good knowledge and understanding of marketing, sales and customer care.
- Have good leadership, negotiation and bargaining skills.
