Manage the Sales Department and be responsible for completing the business targets (Capital Management) of the Department.
Organize and implement business plans to ensure compliance with assigned plans.
Develop markets and expand customer relationships.
Manage customers and ensure service standards and quality for customers according to Company regulations.
Recruit and train staff in the Department.
Supervise and support subordinate staff.
Other tasks within the scope of responsibility of the Sales Manager as directed by the Board of Directors.
