1. SALARY AND BONUS REGIME:

Accumulated salary up to 60 million/month
Commission > 5% (Minimum 70 million/deal)
Receive 80% commission as soon as the customer completes the deposit every day of the month (details will be shared during the interview)

3. Job requirements
• Have experience working as a sales representative at any real estate company or real estate brokerage for at least 2 years
• Able to recruit at least 20 sales staff/real estate brokers
• Able to directly sell different real estate products: land projects, resort real estate, apartments, townhouses...
• Experience in running marketing and selling real estate projects with different product lines: Facebook Marketing, Google Ads Words (run keywords on Google), send emails, SMS messages, post news on Facebook Groups, Zalo, Post products for sale on websites specializing in real estate
