1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage a sales staff of 20 employees
• Remind and monitor employees to achieve work efficiency and comply with company regulations
• Find out customer needs and promote customer care
• Plan and propose service improvements according to customer needs over a certain period of time (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Other tasks are directly assigned by the Director

3. REQUIREMENTS

• Male/Female voice is clear, inspiring, easy to hear
• Have personal laptop
• Have over 2 years of management experience in the e-commerce field. Manage over 15 people
• Have superior written and verbal communication skills
• Have understanding, practical and technical knowledge in management work
• Have skills to work independently and in groups. Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems

Working hours : 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Saturday (1 hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.), 1 day off a week.
