Job Description
Building and developing a team of Sales staff including: Proposing recruitment of personnel; Participate in recruiting, training, and guiding personnel in the sales department.
Build workflows in the sales department and work relationships with other departments in the Company.
Together with the team, plan to find, introduce and consult the Company's services to new customers to meet sales targets; Existing customer care.
Inspect and supervise work, propose decisions to reward and discipline employees in the Sales department.
Together with the company Director, develop strategies and development plans for the sales department in each stage.
Proposing business marketing plans within the scope of work.
Directly report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales to the Board of Directors.
