JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing the company's product system in the field of education (Book project, room rental ecosystem, fashion with educational messages, product packages on career guidance and start-up in Hanoi market. and provinces).
- Building and developing a team of sales staff or business collaborators in the provinces (priority is given to teachers, lecturers, working people who want to collaborate online to have more income in the provinces - sources and relationships based on on the implementation capacity of the Candidate or the Supplier).
- Flexible KPI mechanism, allowing TP/Sales Director to develop goals and mechanisms to submit to the Board of Directors for approval and implementation.
- Responsible for the entire scope of the project/position.
REQUEST
- College graduate or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in the position of TP / Sales Director.
- Capable of building business strategies and developing direct/indirect sales channels and building sales systems.
- Enthusiastic, daring and ready for challenges. You don't have to be an excellent person, you just need to be determined to become an excellent person.
