Job description :
- Develop business plans, product orientations, pricing policies for delivery services based on the targets assigned by the Director in each development stage of the company.
- Implement the implementation of the business plan, development orientation according to the roadmap of the Northeast region according to the company's orientation.
- Analyze, research, evaluate market potential, propose business network development including: opening Post Offices, Branches.
- Responsible for surveying market prices, formulating and proposing policies: pricing policies, commissions, discounts, and submitting them to the Director for approval.
- Re-evaluate the sales staff quarterly to have a plan to re-train or replace personnel to meet the market needs of the region.
- Responsible for controlling and managing the sales contracts of the regional sales department within the scope of management, submitting to the Director for review and approval.
- Coordinate with sales department of branches to negotiate, meet with customers and implement big projects of the Company.
- Customer management and customer debt
- Report customers and monthly sales to the Director.
- Check, supervise and urge Sales staff in making weekly reports and monthly sales reports.
