Job Description
- Making business plan of the Department by Week/Month/Quarterly/Yearly. - Planning, allocating sales resources, allocating business targets down to each sales staff of the unit. - Organize product sales activities directly from sales staff to customers; - Urging and supporting sales staff to achieve business goals. - Coordinate, organize and implement sales programs and sales events. - Managing, training, re-training and developing skills for employees. - Report the results of completing business targets, building a sales team - Search for new customers and expand potential locations.
