- Management of sales staff; recruiting new sales staff; Train sales staff to become commercial representatives for the company
-Approve employee's plan with monthly and weekly working schedule
-Ensure to achieve the revenue according to the assigned target
- Categorize customer criteria; Equipping employees with access to customers
-Report feedback from customers to superiors; customer feedback statistics
-Finding and discovering new sources of customers
-Execution of contracts and liquidation of contracts
