JOB DESCRIPTION
• Planning, organizing the implementation and reporting the results of the department's business plans;
• Evaluate employee's work performance with internal relations and with customers;
• Finding and developing relationships with potential customers and partners;
• Support sales staff to sign contracts and solve problems arising outside of regulations;
• Proposing solutions to improve business performance;
• Coordinating with the human resources department in recruiting and training staff;
• Training new employees on the company's business products (and new products for current employees), orientation training as well as a roadmap for employees to develop;
• Perform tasks assigned by the Board of Directors;
• Be directly responsible to the Board of Directors for the operation and effectiveness of the business team;
• Ensure the department's revenue target according to the assigned target;
• Products: Website design, advertising products, sales management software, business management software, etc.
REQUEST
• At least 01 year of experience in a business management position; business leader, consulting, customer care,….
• Skills in organization, management, group administration, talent development, strengths and weaknesses of each level employee
below;
• Ability to solve problems proactively, sensitively, withstand work pressure;
• Good communication and presentation skills, the ability to expand relationships;
