1. Personnel management of the department:
- Receive employee training records transferred by HR department
- Allocate and coordinate work for each employee reasonably
- Training staff on marketing and sales skills.
2. Building a business plan:
- Develop departmental quality goals based on company goals
- Planning and assigning work to each employee of the department
- Divide each customer group for each manager
- Summarize weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business results and report to the Board of Directors
3. Sales price management:
- Receive information reports from staff about prices
- Set the price: into different levels
- Divide, coordinate and monitor prices in the market to offer reasonable prices to customers
- Synthesize reports to the Board of Directors for approval of price limits
4. Marketing market management:
- Researching market demand for packaging to develop marketing plans and expand new customers.
- To refuse to carry out the production of orders if it is found that it cannot be produced or shows signs of violating the laws on the printing and packaging industry. Handle customer feedback according to authority.
5. Employee support:
- Support employees on securing revenue
- Support employees in accessing new markets
6. Perform other tasks:
- Authorize the Deputy in his absence
