- Manage Department activities to achieve assigned revenue goals.

- Plan and organize the implementation of business plans.

- Propose solutions to maintain and promote business activities.

- Manage, operate and supervise the work of employees in the sales department.

- Training for sales department staff.

- Search and develop relationships with potential customers and partners to ensure sales targets.

- Negotiate and sign contracts.

- Develop push sales policy for each stage.

- Sales debt management.

- Responsible for weekly/monthly or unexpected reporting as requested by the General Director.
