1. Deployment of the Company's business plan:- Responsible for the management and administration, implementation and supervision of the unit's business activities to ensure the achievement of set sales targets;
- Responsible for the efficiency and sales targets before the Sales Director;
- Find, expand, and maintain customers according to Company policy;
- Organizing the implementation of business strategy, customer care conferences/workshops; implementing customer support activities at the unit;
- Perform other tasks within the scope of authority assigned/stipulated
2. Personnel management:- Recruitment, training and development of sales staff in the fields of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, Healthcare
- To assume the prime responsibility for coordinating resources within the unit to implement the business plan approved by the Board of Directors;
- Manage, evaluate work performance, work performance and work consciousness and spirit of employees in the unit.
3. Organization, planning and training:- Organize training to improve knowledge and skills for employees to achieve Business goals.
- Supervising the activities of employees at the unit, ensuring employees apply the skills they are trained in.
4. Participate in the Company's training programs to improve professional knowledge as well as develop management skills
5. Perform other tasks under the direction of management staff
