REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER

Job Description

• Manage support and training skills for sales staff.
• Consulting, brokerage promotion, real estate contract closing.
• Build and establish a system of potential customers and target customers.
• Support subordinate sales staff to close customers with the highest efficiency.
• Search and develop customer network.
• Directly perform other tasks assigned by company leaders.

Candidate requirements:

• Have at least 2 years experience in similar position
• Have staff (minimum 03 staff)
• Experience in building and managing a Sales Department
• Have in-depth knowledge of the industry and understand the real estate market
• College degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance,...
