Job Description

    Develop plans, strategies, development goals and achieve business results set by the enterprise.

    Exploit more customers with demand for real estate products of the Company

    Support and monitor the implementation of the business department's plan. Report weekly and daily on business results to the Board of Directors.

    Take care of and build mechanisms for customers to increase long-term, strong customer relationships and maintain revenue.

    Support sales staff in the process of consulting and closing customer contracts

    Observe and evaluate competitive information in the market as well as potential customers, and directly contact customers.

    Other tasks as required by Direct Manager/General Director.

    Company product line: Land in Binh Phuoc, available with certificate, 1/500, beautiful, many surrounding amenities and suitable price for early investment

    APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

    Candidate requirements Minimum qualification: College degree or higher

    Minimum working experience: 02 years or more in the position of Sales Executive at Real Estate Companies, priority given to those with experience in the Binh Phuoc land market is an advantage.

    Good communication skills, ability to persuade and close customers well

    Problem solving and decision making skills

    Skills in managing, training and motivating staff

    Management and coordination skills, assigning work to the team, and being able to withstand work pressure

    REMUNERATION POLICY

    Basic Salary: 12 - 35 million/month, cumulative based on work performance

    Commission 50 million/transaction, bonus % when the team has a transaction

    Valuable personal and team rewards in kind/cash

    Support all sales costs, support marketing costs, phone costs for the team

    Priority given to teams of 2 sales staff
