- Responsible for the activities and personnel management of the Testing Department and report to the Board of Directors. - Develop and maintain quality control standards. - Plan and monitor drug quality testing by group, time, batch and source. - Checking and censoring analysis of test results, results of plans and projects. - Learn and confirm, analyze, solve and propose solutions to arising problems based on product testing results. - Directly perform reanalysis tests to check when necessary. - Updating and adjusting analytical processes, procedures and formats to meet the requirements of new standards. - Coordinate with relevant departments to support the inspection team, visitors to evaluate the company and the general work of the company.
