Job description:

- Building and managing the working process of the Production Planning Department.
- Coordinating with departments to ensure the planned production schedule
- Implement and strive to complete the assigned KPI targets.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Manage the production plan of all orders in the company.
- Manage production planning of each department.
- Develop procedures and tables of the Department of Production and Production.
- Manage, assign, assign, evaluate and develop junior staff
- Make production orders assigned to production team leaders and monitor the implementation progress.
- Coordinate production appropriately to achieve the highest productivity.
- Set norms for boards, wood, stone (CN + natural), accessories, auxiliary materials for production.
- Inventory management. Coordinate with production department for efficient use of materials.
- Receive drawings from technical department and price up.
- Production planning and production order execution.
- Feedback information to relevant departments and customers on production and delivery progress.
- Reporting directly to the Production Manager
- Coordinate with specialized teams at production to reasonably coordinate the production plan.
- Other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Develop cost plan and manage expenses in the department.
- Develop procedures and tables of the Department of Production and Production.
- Participate in the general activities of the department and company.

Detailed Experience/Skills:
- Graduated from University majoring in Engineering, Economics
Te.
- At least 03 years of experience in the position of Head of Production Planning Department of a furniture factory with 50 direct employees or more.
- Knowledge of natural wood, industrial wood and materials and accessories of the wood furniture industry.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the wood furniture engineering industry
