1. Implement project investment processes
- Survey, research, and plan project investment legal procedures.
- Directly implement work related to project investment during the investment preparation phase.
- Research, analyze, evaluate the investment efficiency of the project, advise the company's Board of Directors to choose the optimal solution.
- Update and understand clearly about bidding laws, land laws, and environmental resources laws
- Propose a solution when a dispute occurs;
- Advise leaders to resolve arising issues related to the project.
2. Planning and reporting
- Plan and report on investment implementation status of ongoing projects
- Manage and monitor project partners
- Participate in planning capital needs of projects that the Company has approved for construction.
3. Foreign affairs and contractor selection
- Work with Departments/Departments/Industries and local authorities related to the project to complete legal procedures.
- Coordinate with functional departments to draft bidding documents, invitations to bid, request documents and evaluate contractor selection;
- Prepare a plan and submit it to the Head of the Organizing Committee for construction and installation bidding, procurement of materials, technological equipment... of the project according to current legal regulations.
- Prepare reports on contractor selection work.
4. Other jobs
- Coordinate with departments/departments of the Company to carry out related work of investment projects.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director;
