Job Description
Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly business plans for products: school uniforms, hotel and restaurant uniforms, hospital uniforms, other industry uniforms, men's/women's office fashion, high-end golf fashion.
Manage, operate and assign work to sales staff.
Survey, market research, competitor analysis and trends in the uniform and fashion industry.
Receive and process information on customer purchasing needs, provide consulting support when necessary.
Monitor and supervise the process of making and sending quotations, closely coordinate with production and delivery departments to ensure progress and quality.
Market development: prospecting, building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Monitor, supervise and evaluate employee performance, support handling of complex situations arising during business operations.
Propose and implement marketing and promotional programs to boost sales and enhance brand reputation.
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly business results to the Board of Directors.
