Job Description

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and assist in problem solving for members of the shipping team.
• Receive order information from various sources.
• Check order information to ensure accuracy of bill of lading information.
• Track orders from receipt to successful delivery.
• Update information to the management system.
• Handle problems that arise during transportation (Delays, damage, loss, ...).
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues that arise.
• Prepare reports related to bill of lading activities.
• Participate in building the bill of lading process.
• Propose solutions to optimize the bill of lading process and improve operational efficiency.

Candidate requirements

• College or university degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
• 02 years experience in similar position.
• Good English (Toeic 500 or equivalent).
• Have a spirit of cooperation and high responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good problem solving skills, meeting job requirements.
• Proficient in transportation management tools and software.

• Income: Fixed salary from 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 + allowance + bonus;
