Job Description
Work with client, project manager, building manager, team to get initial baseline information.
Plan, calculate, design the M&E system.
Make a table of quantities, make quotations with subcontractors/suppliers, check and deploy quantities for estimates to bid.
Deploy permission drawings to submit to the building for approval, edit the drawings for permission when the building requires.
Deploy construction drawings.
Guide contractors to construct and install difficult parts.
Inspect, supervise and coordinate in handling incidents occurring at the construction site.
Complete project closing documents.
Support maintenance department to handle related problems after handover (if any).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Male. Age under 30. Graduated from University. Specialization in Electrical Engineering, Heat and Refrigeration Engineering
Have a design certificate MEP
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position at the company in construction / office furniture
Having a lot of knowledge about materials, electrical equipment, MEP system design (electrical system, lighting, Telecom, Security, refrigeration, fire protection, plumping is a plus)
Proficient in Auto Cad, Microsoft Office, Outlook
Know how to use specialized software / spreadsheets such as: Dialux, Heatload, Duct checker, load spreadsheet, electrical wires.
