Develop business plans according to annual/quarterly/monthly business goals, manage and develop promotional programs on E-commerce channels under Ecom MB management (TiktokShop, Lazada, Tiki, Shopee Mall, ...)
Ability to develop & link between brand strategy and sales strategy
Build production plan & manage import and export of goods of e-commerce channel
Understand the performance optimization tools of E-commerce & Digital Marketing to increase traffic & sales
Research the market, competitors, industries... to find new growth opportunities.
Coordinate with Marketing Department to ensure brand product identification & communication according to communication message & positioning
Track and reconcile monthly online debt with accounting.
Report daily sales of management channels to the Board of Directors and General Director.
Perform other assigned tasks of the Department Head
