Job Description

• Run business operations at the store
• Control food quality according to system standards
• Financial Control: Revenue Development, Cost of Personnel Control (COL), Cost of Materials Control (COS)
• Customer care at the facility, handle arising customer issues.
• Human resource management: approve work shifts, assign work, train staff.
• Manage tools, equipment and store equipment.
• Manage hygiene and store space.
• Working hours: Monday – Sunday: 09:00-20:00 or 09:30-22:00.
• 02 days off per month, 1 hour lunch break (no off on Saturdays and Sundays).
• Full social insurance and health insurance.
• Bonus: includes performance bonus, seniority bonus, holiday bonus, and other bonuses according to company policy.
