Mỗi trưởng chuyền được giao kiểm soát 1 dây chuyền, nhằm sản xuất một số sản phẩm nhất định mỗi ngày và có trách nhiệm như sau/ Each line leader is assigned to control a working line, to produce a specific product every day and should responsible for:
- Tuân theo sự phân công, chỉ dẫn và điều động luân chuyển (khi cần thiết) của người quản lý, nhằm đảm bảo hoàn thành nhiệm vụ và thực hiện theo đúng qui trình, kế hoạch sản xuất/ Follow the assignment, instructions and rotation of the management persons (if any) to ensure complete the assigned tasks and performed in accordance with procedure, manufacturing plan
- Kiểm soát tất cả hoạt động trên dây chuyền phụ trách, đảm bảo được thực hiện theo đúng quy trình, kế hoạch sản xuất/ Control all activities on their working line to ensure they are performed in accordance with procedure, manufacturing plans.
- Ghi chép hồ sơ đầy đủ, đúng lúc/ Write batch record and others document as timely, properly mentioned on procedure
- Kiểm soát nguyên vật liệu và sản phẩm trên chuyền/ Control materials and products on working line.
- Kiểm soát vệ sinh cá nhân của các tổ viên, vệ sinh nhà xưởng thiết bị/ Control hygiene of workers and sanitation of facility, equipment, personnel
- Kiểm soát kỷ luật/ Control personnel in discipline
- Kiểm soát các hoạt động cần thiết khác trong phạm vi được giao/ Control the duties of conducting others necessary for production
