2. Guide and control employees working during the shift according to correct procedures and standards

3. Support QLNH to train employees and evaluate work results and employee capabilities on a monthly basis
Control service standards and label procedures, implement restaurant and company rules and regulations
Propose and support training of successor staff
4. Customer care
Suggest improvements to restaurant operations
Directly resolve all customer questions and complaints during the shift.
5. Work according to the assignment and coordination of the Restaurant Management department
