o Arrange and control daily pickups/deliveries with accurate and efficient use of equipment and manpower
o Coordinate with other departments to arrange barges/trucks to receive goods.
o Ensure internal control procedures are properly implemented.
o Recommend preventive measures to secure inventory.
o Carry out warehouse reports: delivery reports, work reports
o Arrange for employees to work shifts
