- Assign, manage labor in shift, summarize the general situation of the shift, timekeeping and report daily to the foreman and the Board of Directors.
- Supervising the implementation of the production plan
- Manage work in shifts, arrange reasonable labor to improve production efficiency.
- Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery for effective use in production
- Planning on staffing needs, guiding and training workers in their shifts
- Plan work, assign work, monitor the implementation process and check the work results

- Record machine downtime of all non-production machines.
- Control the operating mode of the machine. Product quality.
