- Check the probability of 20% of the work of the team leaders
- Controlling customers' expenses on Opera system, cash fund and invoices issued to customers
- Be present in the lobby during peak hours to support staff and proactively resolve customer problems and complaints and report to General Manager any cases beyond the capacity to resolve.
- Summarize and send reports of room capacity, events, VIP guests to the Square Director, General Manager and related departments
- Check VIP room information to arrange pick-up / drop-off to ensure that it is in accordance with VIP service standards
- Control the status of vehicles, tools of the department, set up standards in the lobby area, landscape and environment of the management area
- Control check-in and check-out activities
- Check and supervise the work of room coordinators, ensure effective room coordination
