■Job description:
- Manage, arrange and plan business to achieve growth and sales goals
- Plan and implement business strategies to help reach target customers
- Build and develop strong, long-term customer relationships
- Build and optimize the sales process from planning to contract signing.
- Report on business results, revenue and costs; make forecasts to the Board of Directors
- Identify potential markets and market fluctuations, and always update the Board of Directors on competitors' situations, new products, and new trends in the market.
- Some other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors
Line Manager: Vietnamese director

■Requirements:
- Female priority. Has appearance
- Age: Not more than 35
- Have over 2 years of equivalent experience
- Foreign language: Intermediate English (knowing Japanese is an advantage)
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the Plastic Packaging or Paper Packaging industry
- Honest, careful, agile
- Proficient in communication, presentation and influencing skills at all organizational levels
- Have clear direction and desire to work long-term
- Sensitive to business opportunities, with in-depth knowledge of the industry and products
- Able to work independently: Self-study and work scientifically, have plans, manage time and allocate work.
- Ability to work in groups: Know how to coordinate work with individuals or departments
- Proficient in using Word, Excel, Internet and office equipment.
- Willing to withstand high pressure at work

■Working time: From 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. daily, from Monday to Saturday. Saturday off every other week, with a 45-minute break between shifts including lunch.
■Salary: : negotiable (about 15 million - 20 million), or candidates can agree on their own during the interview process
